"They constructed 2 separate marine projects for us, the first project of 150 ft of sheet pile wall ,the second marine project consisted of 125 ft of sheet tile wall. They also built a boat house, a boat lift, and 300 ft of dock. The job was completed timely with absolutely no issues nor problems. I would only hire Lamberts Construction for a marine project. I would not hire anybody else. Both jobs were in Florida. They did a fantastic job."

"I have used Pancho Landscaping for a few years to mow, weedeat, debris temoval on my property. He was recommended by my real estate agent who uses his services for her properties. Francisco and his crew are excellent, professional, and always do a great yard. During the growing season, I never have to call him. He just shows up every two weeks and gets the yard in shape. I revently used him and his crew to remove some bad wood trim from the front of my house. They replaved the trim, caulked, power washed the surfaces, and repainted..all at a fair price. "I hired company for some minor home repairs noted in a home inspection. I was surprised when three workers showed up for tasks that I believed one handyman could easily have managed. Affordable Proffesional Home Improvement company are capable of repairing anything a homeowner would need repaired...because they are actually construction contractors. However, as I discussed w/Dervin/owner after I paid him $300.00 for the repairs, his fees exceeded the rate that I've paid handymen in the past for minor home repairs. This was the first time that I've used the services of this company, and I admit that I was remiss when not asking for an estimate of repairs before they did the work. The $300.00 was for labor only as I purchased all materials before they arrived.
I will definately hire this company in the future because their work ethics and quality is outstanding, but he and I agreed that we'll agree on a price up front so that we will both be satisfied.
