This involved removal of the walls and ceilings of both bathrooms to enable a thorough appraisal of the level of historical water damage and mold remediation (this is an older condo building). Henry and his crew were very polite and respectful even when the building management made it hard for them to work efficiently. In the event, it was necessary for them to return a second day to remove all of the materials. This was a trying job (high floor, tight workspace, uncooperative building).
