"They came out on a SUNDAY, we agreed upon a price. I had purchased a unit not represented by them but they agreed to do the installation. We agreed upon starting @ 7:00 AM Monday morning, with two tropical storms approaching. The plumber showed up on time and worked most of the day with the installation. The quality of his work showed his pride in the craft."

"They did a good job on installing the fence but did not follow through with their promise to powerwash the fence. The fence boards were dirty and did not look good. They told me they would power wash it. I called them several times but they did not respond. I had more work to be done but I would not hire them because they lied about powerwashing the fence."
