"We had significant water damage in both chimneys. Stack & Hughes were extremely responsive and and completed the work very quickly. We called them back in a subsequent storm because we had water coming in from another site; Epi came out during the storm, climbed out onto the roof and did a full inspection.  

Turns out the repairs did not stop the water damage. During the spring months we had more water coming in than before the repairs were made. Stack & Hughes came out, assessed the damage, said they would return to make the repairs and never showed up or responded to our phone calls."

Once we agreed on course of action and pricing ( competitive but not the least expensive quote) Rich showed up on time and completed work as requested on budget and on time. As with most jobs some unexpected issues occurred which were addressed immediately without interrupting completion schedule. I expect to use R&D for future projects in 2013
