"Ron returned our initial call the same day and an appointment for an estimate for a deck renovation was set for the next day. He arrived on time and provided us verbally with a detailed list of the services he would perform and 2 prices...in the spring and right now. This was followed up the next day with a detailed written estimate listing exactly what he had verbally said. We choose to have the job done soon and Ron said they could start the following Monday at 8am. He and his crew showed up on time that Monday and we were introduced to each member of the crew. Throughout the whole project Ron and each member of the crew were courteous and polite whenever we had an interaction with them. Ron never failed to respond to my many questions and was accommodating whenever we made a change to plans as the job progressed. His suggestions when we were stuck on a detail were always well thought out and showed his vast knowledge of decks, railings and fences. The job was completed as on time as the weather allowed and was done to the exact details of the original contract and the few additions/modifications made along the way. The quality of the work done was excellent and we are extremely pleased with our renovated deck and privacy fencing around the pool. "The first thing that comes to mind is their honesty. No additional cost based on the price I was given on day 1. Total project took three days. He originally said it could take up to 4 days. These folks met and exceeded my expectations. This guy will show up at the door step on time so don't be late. Each day prior to leaving, Andrew updated us on what is going to happen tomorrow and what time to expect him. This guy will always get back to you on the phone even when you leave him a message. Andrew went and got our building permit for us which I had no clue we needed. I found out his background was in home building where he learned his trade. He also worked for big a Company out in Massachusetts as well Global Foundries during their construction phase here in Malta, New York. If you need a deck or dock this is your guy. If you need anything this guy can do it."

"These guys are the best. We were replacing a very large 20 year old wooden deck with Azek vinyl decking. We had received several quotes, but were most impressed with Evan & Matt's recommendations. We had done the research on the decking material and they had never worked with this material, but they did not try to talk us out of using it as other contractors had. Instead, they did their own research, added their own previous experience with deck building, and gave us a better looking deck than we had originally planned. They even found some old brick pavers under my deck and constructed a landing for the main stairs of the deck which was not in the original specs after discussing it with us."
