"Type1 Docks fixed my broken boat lift within a few hours. "We had an incredible experience with Brandon and his team at Dixon Fixin LLC rebuilding our dock. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. They finished on time—actually early, stayed under budget, and went above and beyond what we expected. Brandon handled everything seamlessly and even added thoughtful extras like building us a beautiful bench and installing cleats, which made the dock even more functional and enjoyable. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The work was done skillfully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. On top of that, the team kept everything clean and organized throughout the project, which we really appreciated. Our dock looks amazing now—better than we could have imagined. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and truly talented to build or repair a dock, I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Dixon Fixin LLC. We couldn’t be happier with the results!"

"Ryan Plute is the owner/operator of Village Land and Lighting, LLC. Ryan genuinely puts his whole heart into every job he does. He is an educated engineer and all-purpose problem solver. Most recently Ryan removed two of our 8’-tall X 7’-wide and deeply rooted sweet vibernum hedge plants which had been terminally damaged by a stroke victim’s SUV. Ryan replaced them with two 30-gallon sweet vibernums. Even though this was a relatively small project Ryan made time to visit and view the job-site before formulating an estimate when all other vendors only wanted pictures. Ryan immediately made certain that public utilities were notified and that they had marked their underground lines before he began digging. He coordinated and supervised the nursery crew during the installation of the new shrubs and old vegetation removal, and Ryan meticulously cleaned the area upon completion. The entire job was completed within a week. Ryan: is pleasant, competent, thorough, and efficient. We highly rec"
