In order to make the fixes, he had to cut out a piece of drywall, and then replace it and repaint it (all of which he was compensated for based on his quote). The repairs were great, the wall patching and painting were okay. Ultimately, we will need to re-spackle and repaint the repaired drywall, which is why 4 stars instead of 5. We are very pleased with the repairs, less pleased with the cosmetic restoration."
