His quote was straightforward and accurate. His work speaks for itself as we are thrilled with the final product. I felt like Carlos respected my house, I think he was the neatest contractor I have ever used. He took out existing stone work and I was really happy about the minimal mess. I appreciate his punctuality and commitment to everything he said he would complete. I do think he charges a labor rate proportional to his results. They had little trouble working around an older house and porch .They were able to make the walkway much more useable. Job site was clean and well marked as it was waiting for it to dry or cure.
