"Did an excellent job replacing boards, power washing, sanding and staining deck. Looks great!"

"Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet."

"Excellent work, great pricing. The whole process was handled very professionally and was carried out with no issues. Very pleased with the work!"

"Excellent people. Worked really hard. Couldnâ t be the price and service. Highly recommend"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
No better business bureau complaints.
One set price to empty.
I get to reuse the bag over and over."

"Kris was professional and got my front porch done in record time. He took my vision and brought it to life. I'd highly recommend Kris Pelillo Carpentry. And when I'm ready to redo my basement he's the guy for the job."

"The service was fabulous, and in 5 days my walkway was done."

"the work is done, it took much longer than anticipated,Todd was very erratic with his schedule,he was very helpful in some way in giving ideas but missed out on the finishing touches at the end. overall we like the work he has done ,we are now going to enjoy our new room.Thank you Todd ."

"Planning for the project was a pleasure. The owners Don and Joe Mastersanti are experienced builders, friendly and easy to work with. Impact Services uses skilled workers. The crew members were always friendly and respectful to us. Also Don or Joe was on site every day to manage their men and direct their work. During planning, They told me they had a great relationship with their suppliers. This proved to be true. This year the entire industry had problems getting lumber and other supplies. However our supplies were delivered on time and without a problem. Also despite skyrocketing material costs due to the shortages Don and Joe completed the project and honored their original quote, the end result was a project my wife and I were entirely pleased with. I highly recommend them and fully intend to hire them again. Tom C. Trumbull, CT"
