As this is required by city for a certificate of occupancy, i also needed a stair rail and an anti-tip bracket on my kitchen range. He gladly accepted the additional work and the requirement to meet a tight deadline. He priced out the job, provided an estimate within a week and finished the job in one day. He ran into a double set of rafters in the ceiling, which he solved to our satisfaction. He is very well tempered, mannerly and expert at his craft. He also was fastidious in cleanup.
