"The first handyman came out didn't fix our patio door, it was still hard to open and close and the towel rack he put up came down that evening. I called handyman to complain about the job and they sent another technician out and he fixed the problem and put up the racks without charging us again. So depending on the technician you get, the job can be done right the first time. Mr Handyman did guarantee their job. Overall, the 2nd technician did a great job on our patio door and now it can be easily opened and closed."
