"Jay said it hard to get in touch with them but he is giving them a chance to respond"

"Was very professional, did the job in a timly manner and at the estimated cost."

"It was wonderful working with Chris/Castlewood.  They worked weekends, late night, extreme cold weather and pouring rain to make sure that the only bathroom in my home was functional.  Chris understood my needs and kept the budget under control.  I come from a building background and this house restoration has been a long-term, partial do it yourself project.  I've hired other service providers in the past and was never happy with the work done, often having to hire new contractors before finally giving up and doing the work myself.

Chris/Castlewood is the first time I have been pleased with a contractor/service provider.  Chris understood my willingness and desire to do certain work on my own and also understood the constraints of my skills and adapted his own scope of work to keep me involved.  The cost of the work was exactly what I expected.  No surprise invoices that doubled and tripled the prices quoted by past (fired) contractors.

I will be using Chris/Castlewood for all future projects in the house.   If the floor replacement and kitchen remodel I'll be doing later this year turn out half as well as the bathroom repair I'll be an extremely pleased owner of a restored antique home."

"Quick responsiveness
professional
Chose to wait until a later date.

"The job went great! Livengood Electric really shined when it came to getting this job done. He went out of his way to make sure we had a beautiful new electrical service that will last for years to come. And also we will be ready next time the power goes out! Thanks again Jake, you did a great job!"

"Fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about Tommy and his crew. Tommy was patient and understanding of the ideas and concepts I was attempting to convey. They went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely will hire them the next time I need something done."

"Mike was the only contractor to call us back right away.  He showed up when he said he was going to show up - he called when he said he was going to call.  Installation took 3 days and each time - he called on time and showed up on time.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend."
