"2nd Story Deck Project: UpHouse is a remodelers dream! The old deck was 40 yrs old so the support structure (splitting posts and very long overhead beams) needed to be replaced; footings were reset and the structure and stairs were stabilized prior to installing new composite deck, stairs, and railings. The entire project only took 5 days! The crew was ON TIME, very courteous and respectful of the homeowners property. They are very skilled and creatively problem-solve when necessary (NO slowdown or work delays figuring things out!) Communication was not an issue - the owner was always available if I or the crew had questions. The crew thoroughly cleaned up the area each evening before leaving and upon completion you would not know they were even there! Like the deck just magically appeared! Seriously, I highly endorse these guys and the price is very fair for the labor, project size and quality of workmanship. I plan on having them return to level up and install my lower deck to match."
