We called them back in a subsequent storm because we had water coming in from another site; Epi came out during the storm, climbed out onto the roof and did a full inspection.  

Turns out the repairs did not stop the water damage. During the spring months we had more water coming in than before the repairs were made. Stack & Hughes came out, assessed the damage, said they would return to make the repairs and never showed up or responded to our phone calls."
