"Bottom Line: If customer service, especially years after installation, matters to you, then you NEED to work with this company. In 2018, we had new Provia external doors installed for our entryway and garage. After 8 years, the door sweeps were beginning to wear, and unfortunately, the original installer had retired his business. I was uncertain who exactly should handle the replacement in this case. As a long shot, I contacted Zen Windows who installed a Provia patio door for us in 2025. They sent out a technician who honored Provia’s warranty on our 2018 doors, replaced the sweeps, and realigned the doors as well. In a world of truly lackluster customer support, Zen Windows stands out as truly great. You will not find a better company."

"This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. Vazquez & Sons treats my projects like professionals and never make me feel like small potatoes. I’m a loyal customer, and plan to be, as long as Vazquez & Son is in business."

"Great work! The order process for the door was easy and the doors arrived early and to specifications. Scheduling for the install was clear. The team -- Mike and John -- were on time, professional, took care to clean the workspace, did a quality install -- including the repair of sub flooring damage as the old doors were letting rain water inside. The new doors look beautiful and the "rain water" issues resolved. Phantom screens for the patio doors still need to go in. So looking forward to that part of the job coming to fruition."
