They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. "OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"They did a fantastic job! The deck is in good shape, but had never been sealed or stained. Therefore, some mold had gotten on it and it just needed to be stopped before it got any worse. They cleaned it very thoroughly and all the mold is gone! Their communication was awesome as well.
They are coming back in a week to paint our front door and shutters, and then coming in early October to seal our deck. We look forward to future projects with them as well!
