"JD was a wonderful find. He is friendly, flexible, and
focused. I had retired from teaching in Brooklyn, NY to share a house with my
mother, and there were times when we needed skilled hands to help us with some
of the refurbishing tasks. He did all kinds of jobs for us, including painting (bathrooms
and porch furniture), hanging wall art and a stained glass window, replacing
doors, assembling a new bed with heavy head and footboards, replacing rotted
wood on exterior window frames, assembling other furniture pieces, and too many
other small tasks to mention.  He made my
transition much easier, and I will continue to contact him for any other needs
that we might have. He is a very competent handyman.

"Jason was great with the wood repair part of my project. However, the painting part of the project left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, it is just really sloppy (even after the painter came back to ?try? to fix the issues). Flat paint was used on the doors and it just looks bad. It also looks like they just did not take their time when doing the painting. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the painting, but other projects may be fine."
