We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. "As expected, PV painting did another great job. We have used them several times over a number of years. His work is always top notch! I highly recommend. He is neat and puts down fabric tarps to even walk in and out of the house. I know I can count on the job being done right. His price is fair. Some jobs are more complicated than others. I like that I am assured that the walls will always look great. We painted 2 rooms that required a fair bit of work. We painted our guest bedroom and it was sort of a tricky job because the ceiling had many curves to it. There were several fairly large cracks in the plaster from the house settling several years ago - those were all patched up where you can't even see them. And the baseboards and doors were done too - and they look great. We also had the bathroom painted. The bathroom had a lot of chipped paint. That was all fixed too. Have already planned to have my bedroom painted in the next few weeks... can't wait!"
