"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

"Andy and Gustavo did a great job installing my door. The selection process and communication were very good as well."

"Brock just finished installing four interior doors in our house. Excellent work! Complete clean up when he finished. Great communication leading up to work day. I would definitely recommend Brock for your home construction project, he knows what he's doing and has a great work ethic!"

"Prompt Inspection and quote, very friendly. Did excellent job of cleaning and repairing terracotta roof, replaced broken tiles, fix concrete bedding and re pointed titles. Cleanup around the house and water blasted windows. Excellent job A+"

"This is seriously the nicest guy ever. Came out to fix a broken door jamb, then fixed a loose door knob. Very reasonable. Highly recommend."

"Emerald City did a A+ job earlier in the year when installing two wide bedroom windows and a new kitchen door in my home, so when it came time for the storm door (with a built-in doggie-door), I knew just whom to call. Communication and scheduling (Lixia) are professional and service (both on-site and when visiting the showroom) is great. I was able to choose my storm door from viewing it online and with a brief chat from the fellow (Mike?) without a showroom visit. I've worked with Tipton twice for my installations. He is dog friendly, which I appreciate, and an all-around peach. Emerald City gets my highest recommendation."

"The service was great. It was hard to schedule with them, but all the reviews had said that, so I had anticipated it, but other than that, everything was great.  I think everything was done well. The interactions were great, and the door has been working wonderfully. We did not spend more than the big deal."

"Sold by door-to- door approach and took 2nd meeting after decking Angie's list over all price seemed high, but protect also control high quality. Installation team under Cesar was clearly experts at what they do, finished product looks great, and functionality is much better than before."

"Needed to install new 8x16 steel double garage door as original had gotten damaged.  When they came to install, it turned out the color was not what I had intended but the installer was kind to offer to return it and order the right color.  It took exactly the two weeks he promised and he came out and did and excellent job. I cannot say enough good things about Francisco V. (the installer) and Jeremy T. (the technician)  who came out to do the job.  They were professional, efficient, and neat and explained things when asked.  They installed new springs since the ones I had (which were only a year old) was not compatible with the new heavier door and as it turned out, they also had to install a new garage door opener as well.  (The old one was only 1/4 hp and could not handle the weight of the new door and started smoking!)  They offered me a break on the opener price since I had not planned on a garage door opener, but I thought it was a fair price.  They are an honest firm and I highly recommend them for any of your garage doors, openers, or repair.  Note that for when i ordered the door I contacted Seattle Overhead Garage doors. If you go online, they offer coupon specials through their website (see seattleoverheaddoors.com),  They subcontract the installation part out, so this is how I ended up with this installer.
