"I took a chance with CSZ construction because Home Advisor reviewers were so positive-- and I am glad I did. Cesar, the owner, is a very competent professional who did most of the work himself. He weatherproofed my balcony door, fixed a window and replaced the water line of my refrigerator. His prices are very competitive and he will be my go-to repairman from now on."

"Excellent from start to finish. Complete renovation of kitchen/dining room, removing a wall, new exterior doors and windows, siding, etc. Extremely happy with the craftmanship of the finished product, but also the communication and process along the way. Dave and Marvin don't rush around frantically to jump to the next project. They work calmly and methodically, taking the time to explain things, answer questions, and give recommendations along the way. Very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone who visits is blown away with the transformation."

"My wife and I met Sam after asking Angie’s list for construction companies to refresh our kitchen. From the moment he walked in, we realized his knowledge and was able to look at his prior work, which truly impressed us. He forwarded us what we considered a very fair price and within a relatively short period of time the cabinets were ordered from a supplier Sam recommended for their quality and we were ready to start. The cabinets came around a week later. He was right about their quality. We were very satisfied. Before we knew it, the job was complete and finish quality was superb. Sam and his staff made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of construction. Without question we were extremely satisfied from start to finish. We LOVE our new kitchen.
