"Nertil was phenomenal and truly was professional the entire time. Will be using him again as more work is needed. He replaced three interior doors and completed the work as negotiated. A pleasure to work with him."

"I took a chance with CSZ construction because Home Advisor reviewers were so positive-- and I am glad I did. Cesar, the owner, is a very competent professional who did most of the work himself. He weatherproofed my balcony door, fixed a window and replaced the water line of my refrigerator. His prices are very competitive and he will be my go-to repairman from now on."

"Dave and his team took the time to listen / understand what my needs were, dealt with surprises along the way without issue and created spaces I truly love! Friendly, dependable and accommodating at every turn to get the job done in a professional and timely manner."

"My wife and I met Sam after asking Angie’s list for construction companies to refresh our kitchen. From the moment he walked in, we realized his knowledge and was able to look at his prior work, which truly impressed us. He forwarded us what we considered a very fair price and within a relatively short period of time the cabinets were ordered from a supplier Sam recommended for their quality and we were ready to start. The cabinets came around a week later. He was right about their quality. We were very satisfied. Before we knew it, the job was complete and finish quality was superb. Sam and his staff made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of construction. Without question we were extremely satisfied from start to finish. We LOVE our new kitchen. S & M is an outstanding organization. We recommend them with 5 STARS. Lou and Robin"
