Bladimir Benitez and his Uncle did a fantastic job repairing/replacing exterior trim and painting all exterior trim and gutters.
They also replaced a portion of my fence including replacing concrete and footers that were broken. They added on to my existing fence and added 3 new fence doors. Cut new pavers around my fence to accommodate fence. They power washed and stained the entire fence as well.
We kept finding projects like adding a tv hanger to our brick fireplace. This was no easy task. He had to get longer screws than what was provided with kit and then move an electrical outlet.
They fixed a small section of my roof, replaced an outdoor faucet, and tiled a small closet in my house. I am very happy with the quality and cost of repair. I would definitely recommend and am happy to know I can reach out to them for little home maintenance jobs such as these. I would have spent a fortune if I had to hire someone for each project. I am truly so glad I hired them.

They were prompt to reply and discussed materials and possibilities for a unique interior door project. They came when scheduled and worked well into the evening to finish the jobs. They installed a set of double interior doors. They also made the hole and installed a dog door from interior wall to the back yard. They were polite and friendly. I never felt disrespected, concerned they were being dishonest, or unsafe with them in any way. I’m a woman who has been managing multiple projects on a new home purchase. Overall I have lots of frustration with getting jobs accomplished. However, I would recommend these guys. They did the job well and were very easy to work with.

Terry Hahn and his crew were great to work with. Very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Reframed glass wall in sunroom. Removed four large sections of glass, replaced wood framing and re-installed the same glass. Then painted sealed and caulked. Also installed vinyl wood plank flooring in two rooms. We have now contracted with Terry to replace our roof. He is working with insurance company to make sure we receive all repairs needed. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. Good quality work and we trust him. Will definitely hire him again when needed.
