"When the tech came to install on Oct. 9, it turned out that the wrong size door had been ordered. So he left and our installation date moved to Nov. 18. Vasiliy came and did a good job installing the new garage door. The only beef I have is that the sales rep, Mike, did the math wrong on our sales contract. He missed adding the door opener so the overall quote was $400 less than it should have been. Learning experience for me: check the math! Argh!"

When he was finished, he took the time to program the keypad and remotes, showed me how to use them, explained the features on the new door opener, and showed me where the information was in the new manual.
