"Colorado Window Source has a good quality product for a good price - but you get what you pay for. They didn't clean up after themselves very well, nor did they clean the windows after installation. The guy who came out to measure asked more questions than he could answer. Conversations about my options left me feeling more confused than confident that I was making the right choice. We saved enough over the competition to justify the hassle, though. The windows are in now, job was done in a timely manner, good price."

"CJ Wilcox replaced a door threshold and door frame for us. He had difficulties right from the start and had to be told to make thing right. He left some things undone, but after 3 days of having the door off the hinge and the cold weather coming in, we decided enough was enough and paid him to end the project. I purchased a second threshold and asked him to re-install, which he did, however, he said that Home Depot didn't handle any larger thresholds. I went to Home Depot and he was correct, however, I went to Lowes and purchased the larger threshold and asked him to install. This was an additional cost of $25 to me."

Ron said he thought he could repair it withot a major effort. When we first called him he aswered the phone from a job site and had us call back to leave contact info. He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.
