He was professional, reliable, kept his work site clean and was competitively priced. Jeremy takes pride in his work and our new deck looks amazing. "The gentleman who came was punctual and polite. He was easy to talk to and took into mind our thoughts. We had wanted a big sunroom but found that certain design constraints by the city were an issue. My negative experience was after the quote was generated. We never like to make a decision right away and want to talk about timing before making a decision. But this person and his boss kept saying, "What can we do to make you change your mind?" I got really mad about it because I would like to get additional information and quotes. I felt that making this type of push gave me a negative impression about their company, which i had a positive view of initially. I will post an update should we decide to move forward. I hope the company reviews this and makes an effort to be more considerate of potential customers.
