"Peoples Choice did an incredible job completely transforming a small, dark bathroom into a bright and spacious focal point of our home. We started the project with another contractor who we fired after it became clear he lacked the experience and skill necessary to work on our 130+ year old home in Chicago. We then interviewed 10+ contractors, all with very high BBB ratings, to find someone to fix the mess left behind by the first guy. We ultimately decided on Peoples Choice because Leonard was thorough, helpful, and honest with his assessment of our bathroom. After our first conversation, it was immediately clear that Peoples Choice had the vision and expertise we were looking for to give us exactly what we wanted. I don't care how long I have to wait, I'm not letting anyone other than Peoples Choice work on my home. I trust them 100%."

"They replaced the paneling between the floor and wall very quickly a bought the part for it. They fixed my closet doors very quickly. They initially quoted me a higher price for the closet door repair of $450. They countered down to $350 and ultimately negotiated down to $180."

"He replaced our front door lock for us. Was efficient and did great work!"

"Glad to be a repeat customer! JRG did such a great job on the first project I used them for that I contacted them again to replace an exterior door. This was not a simple remove the pins and change the door job. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled. All of this was done in 4 hours with just 2 people, David and Jorge. Lastly, despite their busy work load, they took care of this for us one day after requesting if they could help us get this done soon. Best home remodeler I’ve ever used!"

"Great job replacing my door. Project was completed on time with no issues. Thank you"

"Excellent work! I had a garden entry door that had shifted in the frame after I had brick work done overhead. The door was sticking at the top on the latch side requiring a lot of force to open and close. Abraham removed the door and shaved down the hinge side at the top and middle to even out the door so that it smoothy opened and closed on the latch side. He took the initiative to touch up the work area with white paint for a clean finish before I had to ask. Abraham also installed a new lock on another door, which required him to shave out the latch frame to be flush. Would highly recommend."

"Luis and his team were very prompt and professional. Luis did an excellent job repairing our bathroom soffit, which required both drywall work and a paint finish (both pictured). I highly recommend Luis for any home repair!"

"I recently hired Juan from K, B &D to take care of a few household projects, and I could not be more pleased with the results! He fixed my loose cabinet doors, installed new light fixtures, and applied privacy film to my windows? all with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. From start to finish, he was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure everything was done just right. The cabinet doors are now sturdy, the lighting looks fantastic, and the privacy film was applied seamlessly. I really appreciated his precision and the care he took with each task. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman who takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Jaun and his team. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects!"

"Had a back door issue on the expensive doors that go from our family room to our back deck. Lucky Gorman responded right away to my call, and a few days later Lucky and Mike came out, fixed the issue that day. We have an upcoming kitchen remodeling project, will def have them come by for a quote. Marc, Roscoe Village"
