However, the size of the door was non-standard and required a custom door to be built. Leonard was very professional in quoting the work and very easy to communicate with. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled. All of this was done in 4 hours with just 2 people, David and Jorge.
