The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress. He was super easy to work with - very knowledgeable and responsive and just a great guy. He’s a great musician too in his spare time. Highly recommend Jacob for any home project."
