He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. I sent him an extensive list but most did not need immediate attention. The items I needed done immediately were listed above. After speaking again on the phone, he came within a few days. He was able to complete the jobs quickly and most efficiently. The installation of the entry door lock was most important. Tony checked out the instructions and was able to put it together quickly so I could use my front door again, I will be contacting Tony soon again to continue on the projects I would like to have done.
