"Igle (hope the spelling is correct) was very friendly, respectful and professional. He responded quickly to my request for a quote on replacing my front porch steps. He gave me a very reasonable cost estimate. Unfortunately, upon removal of the old steps insect damage to the framing structure was discovered. He was not deterred by this change in the scope of the project. My house was built in 1896 and nothing is standard about the construction, complicating the work. He managed to find a way to resolve all the problems and I am very happy with the result. We worked out a very reasonable adjustment to the original estimate to cover the extra materials and labor. I would highly recommend him. I intend to call on him in the future for other work."

Mike was very good in the communication over the next few weeks, because we had to coordinate with my neighbor to go on his property to get to my property which involved taking a few fences down and re-installing them. every thing worked out great and the clean up was good and the crew that was there were very proffesional. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
