We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. "The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
