"Excellent! David and his Team were Great! They replaced a rotting board below a patio sliding glass door. They showed up on time, completed the project the same day, were able to move a 700 pound granite step, and did this all in heavy rain. I would highly recommend David and his Team. "We had a top to bottom, excellent experience with the local team from Universal. My wife and I had an in-home consultation, a measurement and the install completed in a little over a months time. As stated in a prior review, the cost is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. Our family could not be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Kyle, Ron, Mike and Dennis for the top-notch service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Universal Windows Direct to any homeowner in need of a new door, installed quickly and by a friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you again!"

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"I just got my sliding doors fixed yesterday and boy they did a good job. I had a cancelled appointment first time around but these things happen. The guys came in for estimate but started working on the spot right away which was welcome because I didn't want to take a day off for another work. They were very nice and respectful and honest. Their pricing is good as well. Thank you Good Window Works! I highly recommend."

"It went well. The door does the job. He was professional and personable and did an excellent job"
