I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family."
