His scheduler / administrator Melanie has been lovely to speak with as well. The springs of the attic door had been detached and the door did not have enough tension to stay closed. He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work. Talked with us daily to give us an update or show/give suggestions. Will hire again."
