"A 4 year old repair to our porch was not properly done. The slope on a platform was wrong and water was pooling. The paint was degrading everywhere. Tim and his team came in and did a fantastic job on schedule. He's the first Handyman that I've engaged that has the professionalism of a high-end builder!"

"His work is really good. I've hired him for a few different jobs. Just recently he replaced my security door and a few of my exterior windows. He is now my Go-To-Handyman."

"Excellent work very professional and prompt"

"I had an excellent experience with Kevin Cervantes at Real Handy Handyman. I made an inquiry through Angie's list for a handyman who could either repair or replace my sliding screen door leading to my patio. Kevin called me right away. He said that he would like to look at the screen door first to see if he could repair it to save me money. Kevin came over on the scheduled date right on time. He looked at the screen and made some calls to see if he could find parts for it but ultimately decided it would be better to replace the screen door, which was also my preference. David arranged for a screen company to come out and measure and install a new screen door. He did not even charge me for his time and labor even though I offered to pay him. Kevin is thoughtful and meticulous. I know that I can trust him to do quality work whenever I need anything done."

"Great experience - I outlined the job and he filled in the blanks from permit to inspection and completion."

"They came and reattached a loose vent pipe. Easy interactions, quickly got it scheduled and done."

"Promise Land appears to be a company whose purpose is the meet the needs of the customer."

"I would highly recommend Gerardo for your next project or repair. He was very professional and provided quality work, very satisfied with the result. He gave me a free estimate to repair a kicked in door, and the next day he got the job done quickly and for a considerably fair price. 5 star service ?"
