"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "I was looking to replace the main door to my house and three windows. This project has been on hold for the past two years, because I was getting the run around from the name brand company salespeople who only wanted to tell you what you need to get instead of hearing what it is you are looking to get done within your budget. I finally decided to search for a local company through HomeAdvisor. My first call was from a representative Victor Santiago JR. with Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling. Victor was very forthright and helpful, and we were able to set up an early appointment. At the appointment my wife and I felt very comfortable with Victor and felt absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, unlike the other sales rep that I have dealt with in the past. We did, however, decide to move forward with the project and put down a deposit the same day. I was told that it would take approximately six to eight weeks for the door and windows to be made and that I would be assigned a project manager to see the job through to completion. I received a call from the project manager Randall a few days later who also came by to double check the measurements and look at the scope of the project. The storm door and windows were made within the timeframe as promised and the installation satisfactorily done. We are pleased to say that we will use this company again in the future. The people that work there are first class. We will definitely be giving their contact information to my friends that need home remodeling service."
