"Sam is a true general contractor, he and his team remodeled dated living room, taking on the stairs, building in a media cabinet, creating a feature wood wall, re texturing the ceiling, repainting the whole room, and installing lighting. Our 1960s open staircase with it is bare metal handrail was turned into a beautiful focal point in the room, complete with a classic wooden handrail and built in storage and media cabinet beneath the stairs. The attention to detail uplifted the project, really one of a kind results, his crew delivered exactly the stairs we had dreamed of! Sams crew, Raf and Cruz are excellent, we wanted a feature wood wall with a precise, geometric look, and the wall looks better than the picture we showed them. Along the way, we changed our minds, added things, and were, in some ways a pain but Sam was always agreeable, willing and professional. The job site was tidy each day, and they were on time.
