Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business.
