"The pull down attic ladder was installed in one day and on the day promised. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum. I also had a basement door that rain water was coming in the basement from under the threshold and had destroyed some wallboard around the door.
