"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. "We needed a custom (person) door installed into our garage, replacing an existing window. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again."

"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. "Michael was great to work with. He installed double layer trim to windows and doors in my home and also installed solid wood baseboards and a wood cap for a pony wall. He responded quickly to my inquiry, provided a quote and reasonable timeline for my project. Once the project was confirmed he kept in touch and coordinated with my work schedule for work. He was very quick with communication and ensured I was updated on my project. The quality of his work was quite good and he readily and willingly reworked multiple areas to meet my desired look for the project. There was some miscommunication on scope of work and Michael was reasonable on the quote adjustment. He did few things extra which was very appreciated as well. "They explained the work very clearly when giving their bid (this work was part of a bid for other window work)  and completed the work quickly once we called them back. They specialize in maintaining and restoring wood window frames. We would have liked to have them do more work, but they were quite expensive, which is why we did not have them do the other work. If I could afford them, I would use them again."
