He advised me thoroughly on pros and cons of going forward with drywall repair before roof patch was 'tested' by rain, but I decided to go ahead. He ran out for some drywall which cost me hardly anything. All efficiently and without chit-chat, which I highly value as I work at home. I was so surprised at all he got done in four hours.
