"Rob is very professional and did amazing work turning our sliding doors into custom French doors. He is very courteous and precise with his work. I will 100% be hiring him for future projects"

"Great company to work with. I had a pipe removed from my roof (for a retired wooodstove), and their quote was almost half the price of the four I received. Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."

"Excellent! David and his Team were Great! They replaced a rotting board below a patio sliding glass door. They showed up on time, completed the project the same day, were able to move a 700 pound granite step, and did this all in heavy rain. I would highly recommend David and his Team. "Peter did a great job removing our balcony and building a barrier for our sliding door. He quoted us a great price and was super dependable, a pleasure to have work on our home. We will be using him again for sure!"

"We had a top to bottom, excellent experience with the local team from Universal. My wife and I had an in-home consultation, a measurement and the install completed in a little over a months time. As stated in a prior review, the cost is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. Our family could not be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Kyle, Ron, Mike and Dennis for the top-notch service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Universal Windows Direct to any homeowner in need of a new door, installed quickly and by a friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you again!"

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"He knew what he was doing. It's great! I have a working door again"

"It went well. The door does the job. He was professional and personable and did an excellent job"

"Hitec windows was the best value compared to all the other companies we had come. We had 12 double hung windows, 2 storm doors, 1 exterior door and 1 slider. They did it all in 2 days with not one problem. They were very neat and organized. I would highly recommend this company for all your window and door needs. The windows and doors are beautiful and we are very glad we had HiTec Window do the installation."
