"We got ProVia patio doors installed. Overall, our experience was excellent. We purchased the doors from Precision Building Service, and they installed them. Following is a summary: 1) Called Precision after reading reviews on Angie. When I was reviewing their website, came to know about ProVia doors. ProVia is based in Ohio and they produce excellent doors. 2) Called Precision. Galen and John stop by our house and gave us an estimate. They took detailed measurements, explained to us about ProVia doors, and the same evening received a quote. 3) I had lot of questions. Galen answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact him if I had more questions. All my correspondence with Galen was by email. 4) I also received quotes from other installers. Precision Building Service are certified installers of ProVia and their price was also competitive. So, decided to go with them. 5) Our doors were installed on April 16th. Galen and Mike came by and completed the installation. We are very happy that we went with Precision. Their attention to detail was amazing. Thank you, team Precision Building Service."

"Cory is a perfectionist and did way more work than he needed to do. He and his wife Kim gave me a heads up when they were on the way, arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The work they did was absolutely beautiful in a short amount of time and super reasonable. After seeing the quality of the work and the pride they put into it I already got price quotes for future repairs to the home such as hanging doors, replacement soffit boards and interior painting. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Dave assigned Andy who came out on time and did a fantastic job. He took his time another doors, framing and created some custom trim work.
