"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"I recently hired Reliant Painting for an exterior paint project at my home. Leone was really great with communication and made every step transparent and easy for me, from estimate to final payment. There was a team of 3 men who came to do the work and they were very friendly and respectful and left the jobsite super clean. Leone stopped by for a final inspection the following business day. The price was competitive and the work was exactly as expected. I would definitely use Reliant Painting again!"

"We had 2 broken windows to have replaced, one double pane and one single. They were very knowledgeable about windows, particularly older wood frame ones. While quoting he pointed out that the sill was not sloped properly and water build up had rotted the inner sill, so I added that to the job. Their quote was lower than a competitor and the work was very well done. I will definitely use them again when necessary."

"Jonathan, Joe and the entire crew did a fantastic job replacing our back porch and several other projects throughout the house. Communication was excellent addressing all of our questions and providing great input. They efficiently completed all the jobs and remained on budget. Quality is outstanding and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended."

You can trust Michael to provide excellent contractors and customer service. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone."

I followed up with hiring them to do additional tasks including, roofing, vinyl siding repair, storm door installation, fence repair and hedge stump removal. They did a fantastic job on these requests as well. Wladimir (the owner) is very personable and easy to work with. He responds quickly to emails and phone calls."
