"I read about all the high-pressure sales pitches that you might get when buying new windows, but I dealt with none of that. Marc was straight-forward and made sure I was buying the windows I wanted- still much more efficient than my 1930s originals, but would still look good with the craftsman style of my house.
He and his guys were in and out within a day, installing all 10 windows. They showed up punctually, and were careful of my floors and belongings. Same when they put my door in a couple weeks ago (windows went in Dec 2014) -- Marc made sure he was on-site a couple times during the time the installer was here. 
I have VERY uneven floors, window frames and door frames, and Marc explained to me that shims would have to be put in, but everything would look fine. And it did. 
It's Amazing the difference in the noise-level from outside and the street, now. And the temperature difference is great; It was always much colder in the house on a cold, windy day, but not anymore since the new windows went in.
I will say this about Marc-- he's very good about responding in a timely manner, and answering any questions/concerns. I'm really happy with the job MWT did, and I think my summer utility bills will reflect the better-sealed house.

We had them replace all exterior window brick molding and a number of window sills, facia (including removing and restoring some gutters), door frames and porch posts with pvc. Although Mack speaks little english it was never a problem when talking about and during the project, on more complex topics he would call his daughter to translate. Very clean and professional, quoted 5 days and worked hard everyday to get it done on time."
