"Great guy, timely arrival and fixed my wind damaged storm door perfectly"

"Prompt, courteous. They fixed the rotting exterior trim and baseboard and did it correctly so it won't happen again. They painted and cleaned up, so it looks great."

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Mo built this custom shed door from scratch, stained it and installed it all in one day! He’s a great guy and gave me an awesome price. Looking forward to bringing him back for more projects and recommending him to my neighbors."

"From the very first phone call through the end of the project, the experience with Leone and the Reliant painting team was great. They were responsive, professional and did an amazing job on our interior walls and doors of our condo. We will be using them again when we decide to paint the exterior of our house. Highly recommend!"

"He knew what he was doing. It's great! I have a working door again"
