"I contacted Precision for a quote on new Windows. Siding, an entry door and garage doors. They were very responsive and I had a price within 3 days. Overall the process went very smooth and the price was right. Everything turned out great. I would hire them again with no issue!"

"Not only did Diego do an excellent job of replacing my front door and storm door, eliminating the draft from the old doors, he also did a great job in cleaning up and getting the job done in a timely manner. I will keep his name and number handy for future home improvement projects"

"My experience with Phalan Construction was excellent. The project (repair/replace weather & snowplow damaged shed door, hinges & door frame) turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but resulted in a better-than-new door with added protection from future water damage. Bob's attention to detail was remarkable, even including caulking even the smallest gaps between the new aluminum base and wood on the doors. Bob was courteous, flexible, paid attention to detail, and - what I found to be unusual - timely, to the extent that he would text his arrival time. My one criticism would be that I ended up paying more than I had anticipated, but I did add some extra work and the quality of his work was worth the added expense. I would definitely use Phalan Construction in the future."

"Mo built this custom shed door from scratch, stained it and installed it all in one day! He’s a great guy and gave me an awesome price. Looking forward to bringing him back for more projects and recommending him to my neighbors."

"Alexis was awesome. I paid him to fix one of my doors and he ended up fixing 2 free of charge. He also quoted me on a new deck all in the same appointment."

"They did a fantastic job. I had to replace the glass on 3 patio doors where the seal had broken. They answered the phone on the first call, came out for an estimate within a couple days and completed the job on-time. I thought I was going to have to replace both entire patio doors, but they said the glass was in stock and could be done in a week. The doors look fantastic. Would definitely use them again."

"Repair window closing mechanism. Responsive, very professional, quality work. On-time."

"Bertie was recommended to us by a friend for some work that he completed in Jamaica Plain. We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. I would absolutely hire Bertie again in a second if the need ever arises again."

"Hired to replace a metal door handle and fix multiple cabinet doors. Professional and paid attention to detail. Would definitely hire again."
