"Nate did an awesome job of home repairs including one door that had a broken hole which he patched and painted, now looks new! A section of drywall which had lumps in it that Nate said was termite damage. He removed and replaced the section which did have termite damage and also a huge amount of living small ants and eggs. He got matching paint and painted the entire wall. Another drywall hole in my computer room which he patched and painted. My skylights were leaking and Nate repaired and cleaned all of them, the day was so hot but it didn't slow him down. My concrete driveway was dirty and had cracks. He pressure washed it and put caulking in all the cracks. Nate is so excellent at determining how to make damaged areas look like new or a driveway look its very best without having to replace the entire concrete . I can't say just how much I appreciate his good pricing, always on time, always cleaning up worked spaces, ability to determine how to fix things, his honesty and integrity. "Steve responded to my purchase within a few days and quickly set up a time for the estimate. Although the cost was more than I expected, as I mentioned before, this would have been a challenging task for me to do. In addition to what I wanted done, I added having the ceiling painted. Steve was able to schedule when I had time off rather than when he originally offered. The day the work was done, the crew of three showed up promptly and got right to work. They covered everything with drop cloths and did a thorough job cleaning up after they were finished on the second day. The paper was removed, the drywall was repaired where needed, the ceiling was painted, and two coats of paint were applied to the walls. All outlet covers put back and the vertical blinds were rehung. I am very pleased with the end result."

"The contractor came , gave the estimate and started the work a week later. They started the demolition of the exsisting rooms which was very messy because they both had blown insulation in the ceilings. All debri was quickly removed from the site and we where amazed that they had the shell up for the addition within in the first week and a half. Construction of the two rooms went smoothly even though we changed our minds on many aspects on what should be done as the project went on. One main thing was to have a cathedral ceiling in both rooms and a sky light in the bathroom. Every thing we changed was met with " yes we can do that , no problem" and many extras where not even charged for. The wait for the drywall seemed to take long to my wife but that was because they did three layers of drywall mud (instead of 2) which had to dry a day in between each application. The contractor even came by himself on weekends to take care of loose ends to keep the job on schedule. The whole job took five weeks. We are very happy with the work that was done and the way he executed it. He had done a great job on a laundry room for us the previous year and that is why we had him back. We have also refered him to our friends."
