"Communication issues with this contractor throughout. Drywallers weâ re timely and efficient and addressed a few issues outside of the scope of the project which I appreciated. I am OCD and felt that some of the work was a bit sloppy (like drywall missing near floor and cutouts were haphazard at best). "We had a new whole house fan put in and had 15x39 inch area that needed drywall and texture. Also had 4 cracks in ceiling in various places. The ceiling cracks had needed repair for years. Called Ed this morning. He answered immediately and had me sen pictures of needed repairs. Got estimate back within minutes and said he could be here between noon and 1:00. While we waited we found more spots in ceiling that needed repair. He arrived righ5 on tim3 with Jonathan. They went right to work. Had all repairs and texturing dom3 by 4:00 Beautiful job, and reasonable price!"
