"Jim did a totally professional job on my drywall project; the taping and paint job were excellent. Jim is from the "old school" where quality, reliability and performance take priority. He brought drop cloths and a vacuum; one couldn't tell that a wall was ever torn down, taped and repainted. By the way, his norm is putting on 2 coats of paint. Furniture and pictures were put back into place. While waiting for the sparkle to dry (on the numerous coats put on), he re-screened one of our patio doors. He was on time and even texted me that he was on his way with an ETA, which he kept. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Jim Lavin for any handyman project you have. "I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."
