"Great company and good service. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.

"Herb gave me an estimate on Saturday and started work the following Monday.  Although I had to be away from home most of the week, he worked every day.  The first few days he spent just cleaning the brush from around the buildings.  The ivy growing up the front wall was particularly tough to get off and I'm very thankful that he took care of it and I didn't have to.

Once Herb got through the prep work, the painting went pretty quickly.  I had some trouble deciding on the trim color but Herb was very patient and was happy to change the color.  Herb's wife joined him some days to paint trim.     

They showed up every non-raining day and completed the job within 2 weeks.  I found them to be honest, reliable and very nice.  When I need to have the house interior painted I will certainly call Herb to do the job."
